PM-Metrix ("we," "us," or "our") is a property and facility maintenance management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use PM-Metrix, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PM-Metrix, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only in hashed form), along with your role in your organization.
• Organization data: the content you and your team enter into the platform — buildings, units and spaces, equipment records, preventive maintenance records, work orders, daily logs, vendors, and contact directories.
• Invitation and contact information: email addresses of team members you invite, and details you submit through forms such as demo requests or support inquiries.
• Usage data: information about how the service is accessed and used, such as sign-in events and feature activity, which we use to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

• Providing the service: authenticating users, storing your organization data, and delivering the features you rely on.
• Notifications: sending transactional emails tied to your account activity, such as team invitations, work order assignments, preventive maintenance reminders, and daily recap emails.
• Support and communication: responding to your questions and requests.
• Subscriptions and billing: managing your organization plan and payment status.
• Improving PM-Metrix: understanding how features are used so we can make the platform better.
• Product news: from time to time we may send marketing emails or emails announcing new features and improvements related to PM-Metrix; you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform — such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing — and only as needed to perform those functions. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by PM-Metrix.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.

Emails we send are transactional and tied to activity in your account — for example, when you are invited to an organization or assigned a work order. Email preferences for optional notifications can be managed within your organization settings. Demo requests are delivered to our team so we can reply with credentials and information.

We keep your information for as long as your account or organization subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. When an organization is deleted, its data is removed from the platform in accordance with our deletion practices.

• Access and update your own account information through the platform.
• Request a copy or export of your organization data.
• Request correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
• Withdraw consent or object to processing by contacting us at the email below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls that limit each user to the data appropriate for their role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

PM-Metrix is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and revise the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email.
